Hey guys. Try out this workout.
I just invented it. Its cardio. Means that you're using your own body weight to get fit.
Cardio consist of swimming,running,push ups,sit ups and etc. Has nothing to do with weight lifting.

Ok.Here's my workout


20 standard push ups (5 sets)
20 diamond push ups(5 sets)
20 spiderman push ups(5 sets)
20 commando push ups(5 sets)
20 elevated push ups(5 sets)
25 sit ups(4 sets)
25 crunches(4 sets)


I'm telling you.. My body is friggen light and my hands are like jelly..
BUT I FEEL GORESOME!
